The ITIL® Foundation – Video Training Course course provides the foundation of ITIL concepts and familiarises you with the fundamentals of IT Service Management as described in the IT Infrastructure Library. The course will also prepare you for the certification exam so that you can sit confidently for the well-recognised exam. The course includes the basic concepts of ITIL, the idea of CSI or Continual Service Improvement, the seven-step improvement process, etc. Throughout the ITIL® Foundation – Video Training Course course, you will also learn the concepts of Service Operation, Service Transition, Service design and Service strategy.
ITIL is important as it is beneficial to the organisations that follow the approaches and use the techniques that it recommends. After completing the course, you will learn the foundation of ITIL concepts and ITIL certification exam.
Assessment:
- At the end of the course, you will be required to sit for an online MCQ test. Your test will be assessed automatically and immediately. You will instantly know whether you have been successful or not.
- Before sitting for your final exam you will have the opportunity to test your proficiency with a mock exam.
Certification:
- After completing and passing the course successfully, you will be able to obtain an Accredited Certificate of Achievement.
- Certificates can be obtained either in hard copy at a cost of £39 or in PDF format at a cost of £24.
